SRA Closes Qbase Gov’t Services Asset Buy


SRA InternationalSRA International has closed its purchase of a portion of Qbase‘s government services business for an undisclosed amount in a deal that sees more than 230 Qbase staffers join SRA.

SRA announced the completion of the deal Thursday and said the acquisition is part of its push to grow in the healthcare, homeland security and law enforcement markets.

The Qbase employees set to join SRA include software and data architects, developers, data scientists, computer systems analysts, project and quality assurance managers.
