Mary Ann Hopkins Announces Frank Sheppard as Parsons Lead for SWPF Project

ParsonsTYSONS CORNER, VA April 8, 2015 — Executive Mosaic — GovCon Executive reported Tuesday on Parsons promoting Frank Sheppard as project manager of the Energy Department’s salt waste processing facility.

Sheppard has been working on the Parsons prime contract since 2011, giving him valuable insight and perspective on the project, Mary Ann Hopkins, Parsons group president, said Monday.
