KPMG has acquired the ServiceNow professional services practice of Reston, Virginia-based cloud service provider Triad Technology Partners to supplement its advisory practice for chief information officers.
“This acquisition enables Triad to expand our reach and breadth through KPMG’s extensive investments and global team, ” Brian Jewett, general manager of ServiceNow, said Tuesday.
Triad noted that it will continue as an authorized reseller of ServiceNow software following the acquisition.
The company has carried out information technology service management support and full lifecycle implementation services for public sector clients since 2009.
Triad is a woman-owned small business certified under the Virginia Small, Women- and Minority-owned Business Program.
