Engility Co-Chair Peter Marino Joins Vistronix Board; John Hassoun Comments


VistronixPeter Marino, co-chairman of the board of directors at Engility (NYSE: EGL), has been appointed to the board of directors at Vistronix Intelligence & Technology Solutions.

“His insight will help us leverage our cyber and big data analytics capabilities as we expand further in the national intelligence community, ” John Hassoun, Vistronix president and CEO, said Monday.

Marino previously held leadership positions at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), Fairfield Industries and the Central Intelligence Agency.

He also served as an adviser at Morgan Stanley,  Teneo Holdings, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the National Reconnaissance Office and the departments of Defense and Homeland Security.

Marino is also a former member of government boards such as the Defense Science Board, Intelligence Science Board and National Geospatial Intelligence Advisory Board, as well as corporate boards for Inmarsat, DRS Technologies and QTS.
