Centerra Group has purchased Gregg Protection Services, a provider of nuclear and biological assets protection service, for an undisclosed amount.
Centerra said April 1 that David Bradley, Centerra’s vice president of operations, would lead the acquired company that operates as a new division within Centerra.
Paul Donahue, president and CEO of Centerra, added that the addition of Gregg Protection Services to Centerra introduces a team of professionals with skills in global non-proliferation and threat reduction support.
Founded in 1997, Gregg Protection Services provides security and training services, staff augmentation and vulnerability assessments to the Energy Department, various national laboratories and other clients.
