CDC Taps General Dynamics for Vaccine Tracker Contact Center Support


general dynamics logoTYSONS CORNER, VA April 14, 2015 — Executive Mosaic — The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has picked General Dynamics to provide contact center, user support, customer service and technical assistance for its VTrckS online vaccine order manager and tracking system, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

Work on the VTrckS platform falls under a task order awarded in late 2014 worth a potential $4.6 million, General Dynamics said Thursday.
