Army Orders $495M in Rockwell Collins Helicopter Software, System Services

ChinookThe U.S. Army has awarded a five-year,  $494, 999, 925 order dependent contract to Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL) for software and system development services on helicopters.

Work under the contract could also cover foreign military sales requirements, the Defense Department said Tuesday.

Helicopters covered under the contract include:

  • CH-47 Chinook
  • MH-47 Chinook
  • MH-6 Little Bird
  • MH-60 Jayhawk
  • UH-60 Blackhawk
  • HH-60 Pavehawk
  • VH-60 Nighthawk
  • VH-3 Sea King
  • MH-65 Dolphin
