Tom Medara Appointed BD VP at Constellation West

Constellation-WestTom Medara, a 20-year Air Force intelligence veteran and employee at Constellation West, has been promoted to vice president of business development at the technology services contractor.

Constellation West said Tuesday Medera’s primary responsibilities will be to manage and supervise the company’s work for U.S. Strategic Command.

Medara’s post-Air Force career includes service as intelligence branch chief at Stratcom.

His private sector includes program manager roles at General Dynamics and QinetiQ North America and a project manager and analyst position at SPADAC.
