Three Wire Systems Lands CMS Software Contract Extension

Three Wire System logoThree Wire Systems has been awarded a $41 million contract to deliver additional CA Technologies (Nasdaq: CA) disruptive technology platforms to the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

The five-year agreement also calls for Three Wire to provide maintenance and training services for the agency’s suite of CA-made software programs, Three Wire said Thursday.

CMS will also have licensing rights to use CA application performance management and mainframe architectures at a data center in Baltimore.

Three Wire aims to help the agency increase its workload capacity without charging additional license or maintenance fees through the contract.
