Executive Mosaic, Tysons Corner, VA February 19, 2015 – Chuck Prow, general manager for the global government business at IBM, has been selected to this year’s Wash100 list for the most influential leaders in GovCon for his leadership role in the public sector technology market.
The Wash100 is the premier group of private and public sector leaders selected by Executive Mosaic’s organizational and editorial leadership as the most influential voices in the GovCon sector and recognized for their push to drive vision, innovation and achievement on behalf of American citizens.
Prow was managing partner for the public sector in IBM’s global business services division coming into his new role in May 2014. In his new role, Prow said he will also be “tremendously focused” on helping government agencies navigate their acquisition processes, which he noted can sometimes present challenges to adopting new commercial technologies.
In a GovCon Wire exclusive, the consulting and technology veteran outlined his team’s growth plans for big data and predictive analytics and shared his thoughts on how a flexible, speedy acquisition process could better accelerate government adoption.
“We are proud to announce this year’s selections to the Wash100. This list represents individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership through another memorably eventful year in the GovCon industry, ” said Jim Garrettson, president and founder of Executive Mosaic. “We would like to congratulate this year’s recipients as the leaders and voices that will shape GovCon.”
