Boeing to Produce Additional Apache Helicopters for US Army

boeing logoBoeing (NYSE: BA) has received a more than $591 million contract modification to produce additional Apache helicopters for the U.S. Army.

The company will build 35 AH-64E Apache helicopters under the full rate production’s fifth batch, the Defense Department said Thursday.

Boeing will perform work at its Mesa, Arizona-based facility through July 31.
