Tony Frazier Appointed Gov’t Solutions SVP at DigitalGlobe

Tony Frazier, formerly senior vice president and general manager of DigitalGlobe‘s (NYSE: DGI) Insight business, has taken on a new role as SVP of government solutions at the geospatial imagery provider, the company has confirmed to GovCon Wire.

Frazier, who joined the Longmont, Colo.-based company upon its combination with GeoEye in January 2013, will lead DigitalGlobe’s business with the U.S. government and lead product strategy, business development and analytic services delivery functions.

At GeoEye, he led the company’s marketing department and also held responsibility over efforts to expand GeoEye’s analytics business.

He has also served as a senior director of product management at Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) and held leadership roles at Infor Global Solutions, IBM iPhrase Technologies and Trilogy Software.
