Keith Cooper Named SVP of Cubic Mission Support Services Segment; Bill Toti Comments

Keith Cooper, formerly a business development executive and director of logistics and training at Raytheon (NYSE: RTN), has joined Cubic (NYSE: CUB) as senior vice president of the mission support services unit’s operations support and education group.

Cubic said Tuesday Cooper will be in charge of business development and customer partnership functions within OSEG and report to Bill Toti, president of mission support services.

“His distinguished Army career and industry experience supporting Army and Air Force programs uniquely positions him to lead Cubic’s Mission Support Services OSEG business development efforts, ” said Toti.

Cooper has also worked with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Energy Department and Transportation Security Administration while at Raytheon.

He is a retired U.S. Army colonel and 26-year veteran.
