BAE Systems, Information Systems Labs to Develop Naval Target Systems

ContractBAE Systems Information Solutions and Information Systems Laboratories have each won contracts totaling $45 million to develop intelligence exploitation and targeting systems for the U.S. Navy.

The companies will also work to field the prototypes and maintain deployed systems, the Defense Department said Monday.

The agency added that the companies will have “a fair opportunity to compete for individual task orders” under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts.

The contractors will perform work through January 2020 at their respective facilities in San Diego, California.

The Pentagon received three offers for the contract via a multiple award request for proposals.
