WWT Awarded $427M for DISA Enterprise Storage Services

ITphotoWorld Wide Technology has been awarded a potential six-year, $427 million contract to provide on-demand information storage services for enterprise environments of the Defense Information Systems Agency.

Work will occur at DISA facilities worldwide and the agency is obligating $100, 000 in defense working capital funds for the initial delivery order, the Defense Department said Friday.

The contract has a four-year base period that will run through Dec. 18, 2018, and work could extend for two additional years if options are exercised.

Seven proposals were submitted to DISA through a solicitation on the FedBizOpps website.

The modification funds material purchases for lot 15 through lot 17 aircraft of the U.S. Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps as well as FMS and non-Department of Defense participants, DoD said Monday.
