Mike Dunn, formerly chief financial officer of digital services company Siteworx, has joined NeoSystems as the back-office management firm’s CFO.
The 26-year industry veteran has a good track record of managing business growth initiatives, merger and acquisition activities and financial planning strategies, NeoSystems said Dec. 18.
He has served as Siteworx CFO for seven years and oversaw the company’s finance, legal, treasury, contracts and information technology groups in that position.
Dunn also held financial leadership roles at BearingPoint, Comsearch, NEC America and Recovery Point Systems.
He was nominated for the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s CFO of the Year Award last year.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and information systems from Fairfield University and an MBA in finance and investments from George Washington University.
