Fulcrum Lands Navy, Intell Community Cloud Research Task Order

cloudITFulcrum has received a task order to research cloud computing technologies for the U.S. Navy and intelligence community in an initiative to coordinate the adoption of new technologies with the Defense Department‘s cloud enterprise initiatives.

Centreville, Virginia-based Fulcrum said Friday the company will also work with the government on the selection and adoption of intelligence functions through cloud platforms.

Stan Highsmith, senior vice president of Fulcrum’s maritime and COCOM division, said this cloud computing and application training task is intended to build on the company’s previous work for DoD and the intelligence community.
