Unisys CEO J. Edward Coleman to Leave in December; Paul Weaver Comments


Unisys logoJ. Edward Coleman, chairman of the board and CEO of Unisys (NYSE: UIS), will step down from both positions on Dec. 1 after six years of service in these roles.

“Joining Unisys in the depth of the 2008-2009 financial crisis, Ed led the turnaround of the company, “ Paul Weaver, lead independent director of the Unisys board, said Monday.

“As the company focuses on its growth agenda, the board has determined it is the right time to make a leadership change.”

An executive search firm will help Unisys to identify Coleman’s successor.
