JR Reagan Promoted to Global Chief Info Security Officer Role at Deloitte

JR Reagan, formerly an enterprise risk services principal at Deloitte‘s auditing practice, has been named global chief information security officer for the professional services firm.

He holds more than two decades of experience in work to manage innovation and cybersecurity programs across the government and commercial sectors, Deloitte said Wednesday.

“I look forward to working to implement an innovative program that expands Deloitte’s security capabilities globally and minimizes the risk of external threats to our most important resources — client and proprietary data, ” he said.

Reagan, a Deloitte Eminence Fellow, has also managed the company’s HIVE analytics technology development and demonstration center in Arlington, Virginia.

He is a board member at the Johns Hopkins Innovation Factory and a professional faculty member at Columbia University, Johns Hopkins University and Cornell University.

Reagan holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of the State of New York, a master of management information systems degree from Bowie State University and a doctorate in organizational leadership from Shenandoah University.
