DLA Issues 5-Month, $58M Maintenance IDIQ to SAIC

SAIC logoThe Defense Logistics Agency has awarded a five-month, $58 million contract to Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAI) for continued maintenance, repair and operations services.

SAIC will perform work in New Jersey through March 2015 under the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, prime vendor contract, the Defense Department said Friday.

Federal civilian agencies, the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps are the using government components for the contract.

DLA will allocate defense working capital funds for fiscal year 2015 for the contract, which is a sole-source acquisition.
