
The company said Monday the contract covers emergency preparedness, prevention and response; Superfund and brownfields site assessments; data management; and training for EPA personnel in Region 4.
“Tetra Tech has supported the EPA START program since 1995, and we are pleased to continue providing technical services to EPA with the award of this contract, ” said Dan Batrack, chairman and CEOÂ of Tetra Tech.
The company intends to help the START IV team protect human and environmental health and manage response to emergencies and disasters.
The START IV team includes personnel in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
