Hughes Network Systems has been awarded a General Services Administration schedule contract renewal to offer government customers a range of managed networking and digital media services.
GSA extended the company’s Schedule 70 GS-35F-0907P account through Sept. 29, 2019, Hughes said Wednesday.
“Through this contract renewal, we’re able to expand our offerings to government agencies so they can have access to even more technology to better serve constituents, †said Tony Bardo, Hughes assistant vice president for government solutions.
The company primarily offers high-capacity access, managed security, Wi-Fi, Voice over Internet Protocol and wide area network optimization services through the GSA contracting vehicle.
Hughes plans to expand its offerings on GSA schedule to include digital signage, on-demand employee training, web-based learning portal, social media integration, cloud, TV and emergency notification functionality platforms.
