Sankara Viswanathan Takes SVP, CIO Roles at Day & Zimmermann

Sankara-ViswanathanSankara Viswanathan, most recently vice president of information technology applications and business integration at Day & Zimmerman, has been appointed as the company’s senior VP and chief information officer.

The 12-year company veteran succeeds Anthony Bosco, who elevated to president of the company’s professional staffing services and workforce solutions business, D&Z said Tuesday.

“My top priority as CIO will be not only to improve our company’s technological systems, but to strategically select advancements that will enable our businesses to better achieve their goals and better serve our customers, ” Viswanathan said.

Viswanathan joined D&Z in 2002 and has served in VP, director, manager and team lead roles within its IT department over the past 12 years.

He also worked at technology companies Intelligroup, SYSTIME and Congruent.
