Richard McFarland Promoted to Gov’t Relations SVP at Parsons; Chuck Harrington Comments

ParsonsRichard McFarland has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president of government relations at Parsons‘ government services segment,  where he will be responsible for national security and other federal programs.

“He has made a tremendous impact on the corporation since joining us in 2010, building on our relationships on Capitol Hill and across Washington, ” Chuck Harrington, Parsons chairman and CEO, said Monday.

McFarland has worked in congressional relations with both private sector and Defense Department clients for 20 years.
