Logical-R JV, Booz Allen Land Ames Research Center Financial Support IDIQ


acquisitionLogical-R Joint Venture and Booz Allen Hamilton will collaborate to provide financial support services for the Ames Research Center under a $61.2 million contract with NASA.

The contract contains a two-year base period, a 45-day phase-in period and three one-year options and Logical-R will commence work on Oct. 14, NASA said Wednesday.

Both companies will perform financial management, program analysis, business integration, business systems support services and contractor training under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
