David Keffer, formerly corporate controller at SRA International, has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer and will be in charge of the company’s financial functions and operations.
The company alsoÂ said Wednesday thatÂ Theresa Golinvaux willÂ move up from assistant controller to VP and corporate controller and also serve as the company’s principal accounting officer, a role she has held on an acting basis since June 2003.
Keffer will report to CEO Bill Ballhaus and oversee SRA’sÂ financial strategy, corporate accounting, treasury management, internal audit and tax, as well as guidesÂ mergers and acquisitions and decision-making on capital investment.
He joinedÂ SRA’s financial planning and analysis team in 2003 and his roles since have includedÂ director of investor relationsÂ CFO of theÂ national security sector.
Keffer has also worked on the company’s profit enhancement and working capital management programs.
His career prior to SRA includes stints atÂ Navigant Consulting and Maden Tech Consulting.
Golinvaux, who also joined SRA in 2003, has heldÂ management positions in the company’s technical accounting, financial reporting and business operations organizations.
