David Keffer, formerly corporate controller at SRA International, has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer and will be in charge of the company’s financial functions and operations.
The company also said Wednesday that Theresa Golinvaux will move up from assistant controller to VP and corporate controller and also serve as the company’s principal accounting officer, a role she has held on an acting basis since June 2003.
Keffer will report to CEO Bill Ballhaus and oversee SRA’s financial strategy, corporate accounting, treasury management, internal audit and tax, as well as guides mergers and acquisitions and decision-making on capital investment.
He joined SRA’s financial planning and analysis team in 2003 and his roles since have included director of investor relations CFO of the national security sector.
Keffer has also worked on the company’s profit enhancement and working capital management programs.
His career prior to SRA includes stints at Navigant Consulting and Maden Tech Consulting.
Golinvaux, who also joined SRA in 2003, has held management positions in the company’s technical accounting, financial reporting and business operations organizations.
