Dan Batrack: Tetra Tech to Help EPA Plan Water Quality Strategies


TetraTechLogoTetra Tech (NASDAQ: TTEK) has won a five-year, $23 million contract to develop strategies to help the Environmental Protection Agency address water contamination issues.

The company will work with the standards and health protection division within EPA’s water office to assess and minimize the impact of contaminated water sources on human health and the environment, the company said Thursday.

“Tetra Tech is pleased to provide continued support to EPA’s standards and health protection division in developing innovative solutions to some of today’s most complex water quality issues, ” said Dan Batrack, Tetra Tech chairman and CEO.

The company will perform field work, laboratory analysis, modeling and data interpretation functions.
