DRC Vet Paul Strasser Joins FedCap Partners Subsidiary PPC as CEO; Rick Knop Comments

Paul Strasser, formerly a senior vice president and general manager at Engility (NYSE: EGL), has joined FedCap Partners subsidiary PPC as CEO following the retirement of Harry Thornsvard.

“Paul’s background and reputation represents FedCap’s commitment to build PPC into a leading technology and management consulting company, ” Rick Knop, a FedCap managing partner, said Tuesday.

Strasser served as corporate officer and head of strategic development and operations at Dynamics Research Corp. before Engility purchased DRC.

At DRC, he worked with federal agencies on big data, clinical consulting and cloud and scientific computing projects.

He is also a former chief operating officer at Pragmatics and has served as industry chair of the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council for the 2013 Executive Leadership Conference, as well as vice chairman of the Government Electronics and Information Technology Association.
