KPMG LLP has bought Cincinnati-based business consulting firm Zanett Commercial Solutions in an effort to help enterprise customers manage revenue and risks through technology.Zanett is an Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) platinum partner and helps organizations implement applications for healthcare, government and manufacturing use, KPMG said Monday.
KPMG seeks to deliver health information technology systems designed to manage care and electronic patient records through the acquisition.

Vickers added the companies also aim to help businesses operate in a highly regulated environment by using technology.
