CONETSCO Takes Majority Ownership of TWD Subsidiary; Larry Besterman Comments


acquisitionCONETSCO LLC has acquired a majority share in James Communication, a TWD & Associates subsidiary that provides telecommunications services to government clients.

Larry Besterman, president and CEO of TWD, said Tuesday that his company carried out the divestment to further its focus on providing unified communications and managed services.

“Additionally, this acquisition will help CONETSCO expand its capabilities as a company, and will enable us to foster an ongoing relationship, ” said Besterman.

The service-disabled veteran-owned startup business will also take control of James Communication’s General Services Administration information technology schedule contract as part of the acquisition.

CONETSCO provides information assurance, collaboration, enterprise architecture and program management services.
