Companies will work to oversee training facilities, allocate housing for service personnel and account for the assets under the 10-year contract for the ministry’s defense infrastructure organization, URS said Wednesday.
The British government says it aims to achieve savings of up to $502.6 million during the contract’s lifespan.
The team will assist the organization in identifying savings and commercial opportunities, accessing market knowledge and skills, obtaining private funding for improvements and managing changes across the defense estate.
