
She will report directly to CEO Lisa Hook and be responsible for Neustarâs corporate and brand marketing of products and services, Neustar said Wednesday.
â(Rosner) has the perfect blend of marketing savvy, strategic thinking and most importantly – focused execution -to fuel growth and innovation at Neustar, â said Hook.

Rosner, a 20-year industry veteran, most recently led marketing functions for MyBuysâ display, email and web personalization services.
She previously worked to introduce new customer products to market as CMO of NetBase and forge global partnerships with SAPÂ (NYSE: SAP) and J.D. Power & Associates.
She also led the launch of BroadVisionâs (NASDAQ: BVSN) four product lines as VP of worldwide marketing there and also held marketing roles at Brio Technology, DecisionPoint, SGI and Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).
