The company said Wednesday F&G Mechanical will remove or install centrifugal chillers and boilers; air handling units; chilled water and steam piping; heating, ventilation and air conditioning units; and ductwork covering more than 30, 000 sq ft.
It will also renovate the fuel oil system on the island, sections of which were damaged during the hurricane in 2012.
Sal Fichera, president of F&G Mechanical, noted the importance of the structures and said the subsidiary has previously managed other large-scale projects.
