Richard Coleman Jr Named to Ciber’s Board of Directors; Paul Jacobs Comments


Ciber logoRichard Coleman Jr., a private investor and business adviser, has been appointed to Ciber‘s (NYSE: CBR) board of directors and succeeds Archibald McGill, who retired Thursday after 16 years in the role.

The company said Monday that Coleman, also a current director at NTS, will serve as a Class III director and his term will expire at the annual meeting of shareholders next year.

“We are pleased to welcome Rick to our board of directors and look forward to benefiting from his insights and expertise as we continue to implement the company’s operational and strategic objectives, ” said Paul Jacobs, chairman of the board.

Coleman’s career includes service as president and CEO of Crossroads Systems and founder and president Rocky Mountain Venture Services.

Ciber plans to add another independent director after Coleman, which would grow the number of directors to 10 total and nine indepdendent.
