SRA International has won a potential five-year, $22 million contract to help the General Services Administration manage a web portal that government agencies use to secure online information.

SRA is helping the federal government increase the use of encrypted data storage while assisting in the migration away from passwords to more secure user identification and authorization on federal systems, ” Richard Clarke, SRA’s executive adviser for cybersecurity and counterterrorism, said Tuesday.

GSA’s FPKI Trust Infrastructure works to help agencies share information and communicate with one another, as well as with external parties such as commercial and academic institutions.

The company will provide operations, maintenance and security services to GSA.

The contract has one-year base period of performance and four option years.
