Desilets will serve as vice president of contracts and procurement and Bopp was named VP of international business development, CHSi said Monday.
CHSi President Gary G. Palmer said the company appointed Desilets and Bopp for their knowledge of operations and international experience from the State Department.
Desilets, a 17-year government veteran and former deputy branch chief for the State Department, will focus on federal client sourcing and best practices in managing, negotiating and procuring contracts.
Bopp holds 26 years of diplomatic security experience from more than 70 countries and also oversaw projects under the Worldwide Protective Services program.
