Patrick Simpson, formerly a group senior executive director at ManTech International (NASDAQ: MANT), has joined MacAulay-Brown as vice president of business development for the company’s Gray enterprise solutions business.
He will report directly to group President Dennis Werth and be responsible for helping to grow MacB’s presence in the defense and aerospace markets, MacB said Monday.
The 25-year industry veteran will work to identify business opportunities in space systems engineering, missile defense, C4ISR, programmatic, logistics and technical programs at NASA and the Defense Department.
At ManTech, Simpson led capture and recompete activities within its mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group and worked to help grow the organization’s footprint in Huntsville, Ala.
He has also held business development and management roles at DynCorp International, USIS and Lionel Henderson and Co. Inc.
Simpson holds a bachelor’s degree in business information systems from the University of Phoenix.
