
He will oversee the segment’s technology roadmap and new product development programs and report to Craig Arnold, sector vice chairman and chief operating officer, Eaton said Tuesday.
Prior to Eaton, Lowinger spent five years at Bell Helicopter as EVP of engineering, Xworx and commercial programs.
He also held program management and executive engineering roles at Boeing‘s (NYSE: BA) rotorcraft business during his 25-year career there.
Lowinger supports of science, technology, engineering and math programs and serves on the board of advisers at Concordia University, Penn State University, Rutgers University and Texas Christian University.
