CH2M HILL has completed its acquisition of TERA Environmental Consultants in a move to grow environmental service offerings across Canada.
TERA provides environmental consulting services to pipeline, power line and oil and gas customers in that country, CH2M HILL said Monday.
Chris Shea, president of CH2M HILL’s environment and nuclear market, said the company intends for the TERA buy to help address the Canadian energy industry’s demands for siting, licensing, permitting and environmental planning for production.
TERA runs offices in Alberta and British Columbia with a staff of professional environmental planners that work with clients in performing regulatory processes.
