Braxton CEO Frank Backes Appointed to MTSI’s Board; Phil Soucy Comments


MTSI w borderFrank Backes, CEO of Braxton Technologies, has joined the board of directors at Modern Technology Solutions Inc. and will bring experience in information security and command-and-control work to MTSI.

MTSI worked with executive agency ExecReps in the search process for a board candidate, MTSI said Friday.

Phil Soucy, MTSI co-founder and chairman of the board, said the company appointed Backes to the board for his experience in managing a cybersecurity products and services company.
