Air Force Taps 5 Firms for $75M Property Renovation IDIQ

NavyConstructionThe U.S. Air Force has awarded five positions on a potential one-year, $75 million contract for maintenance and repair work on military and federal property.

The Air Force received 29 offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple-award construction contract and will award task orders to perform work, the Defense Department said Monday.

Work will take place at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. and federal real property within a 100-mile radius of the base’s post office except for property within Texas.

Awardees include:

  • a Dawn-McTech joint venture
  • E-Corp
  • Mesa Verde Enterprises
  • Mirador Enterprises
  • R-Con Construction
