Peg Grayson: New MTN Government Cyber Offering Looks to Protect Agencies Through Social Media and Predictive Analytics

CybersecurityMTN Government has launched a cyber management service offering designed to help public sector organizations analyze and block malicious threats arising from the use of social networks.

The service uses a ZeroFOX-built security platform to deliver social media threat intelligence to help agencies avoid attacks on computer systems and mobile devices, MTNGOV said Monday.

Peg Grayson, MTNGOV president, said the company aims for government customers to detect cyber intrusions by leveraging predictive analytics technology.

The ZeroFOX system works to automate risk, fraud and threat scoring as well as defend infrastructures against social media-borne malware attacks, according to MTNGOV.

MTNGOV will demonstrate the offering at Satellite 2014, scheduled for Tuesday through Thursday in Washington.
