Paul Ferdenzi Promoted to VP, Counsel at Curtiss-Wright ; David Adams Comments

Curtiss-Wright logoPaul Ferdenzi, a 13-year veteran of Curtiss-Wright (NYSE: CW) and an executive officer since 2011, has been promoted to vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at the Charlotte, N.C-based contractor.

His promotion is effective immediately and he succeeds Michael Denton, who retired after holding those positions for 12 years, Curtiss-Wright said Wednesday.

Ferdenzi most recently served as the company’s VP of human resources, in addition to the roles of associate general and assistant corporate secretary.

“Paul possesses a breadth of experience across both our legal and human resources teams, providing a solid combination of senior management experience and leadership ability, ” said David Adams, Curtiss-Wright president and CEO.

Ferdenzi started his Curtiss-Wright career in June 1999 as an associate general counsel focused on the organization’s employment, securities and real estate issues.

Before joining Curtiss-Wright, he worked for the law firm Gallagher, Briody & Butler and held legal positions at the Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, U.S. Naval Academy and Naval Medical Center in Bethesda.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Muhlenberg College and his juris doctorate from Seton Hall University.
