Kyle Scott, a former director of business development and program manager at QinetiQ North America, has been named vice president of strategy and business development for Telos Identity Management Solutions.
He holds 16 years of experience in leading strategic partnerships with customers in the defense, intelligence and civilian markets, Telos said Tuesday.
At QNA, Scott was responsible for identifying business opportunities focused on the Defense Department and managing contract work under the Department of Homeland Security‘s Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions program.
Scott graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and later served as an Army officer.
He is also a certified project management professional and has received training in information technology infrastructure library processes.
