Jay Shidler, Clay Hamlin III and Kenneth Wethe will leave the board of trustees at Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) on May 8, the date of the company’s annual shareholders meeting.
“The board is greatly appreciative of the outstanding stewardship that Jay, Clay and Ken have provided since the early days of our company, “ Thomas Brady, board of trustees chairman, said Thursday.
Brady highlighted the company’s growth of office space from 1.5 million square feet to 17.4 million square feet during the three members’ tenures on COPT’s board.
COPT’s board of trustees will have nine members after the meeting.
