The deal represents Tangible’s second acquisition in the past six months and forms part of the company’s cybersecurity-focused growth strategy, Mykityshyn added.
Tangible announced that growth strategy near the beginning of 2013 and will now move its headquarter to A&N’s home base of Columbia, Md.
“Our information assurance capabilities in technical and policy analysis, operations engineering, and information systems security engineering increases the percentage of federal opportunities that Tangible can pursue as a prime, ” said John Nicolettos, CEO of A&N Associates, added.
“They also enhance our commercial solutions and will help our expansion into the healthcare market this year, ” Nicolettos noted.
