Mary Beth Gustafsson Named ITT Corp. General Counsel; Denise Ramos Comments

ITT logoMary Beth Gustafsson, formerly a general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer at First Solar, has joined ITT Corp. (NYSE: ITT) as general counsel reporting directly to CEO Denise Ramos, ITT said Tuesday.

The White Plains, N.Y.-based manufacturing company says Gustafsson will be part of the executive team and be in charge of all global legal functions, compliance, corporate governance and corporate responsibility matters.

Ramos said Gustafsson is expected to contribute to ITT’s development, noting “her demonstrated expertise in overseeing strategic business transactions, leading global compliance programs and managing both business unit and corporate legal teams.”

Prior to ITT, Gustafsson held legal leadership roles at Trane and Honeywell International.
