Information technology and business services contractor Citizant has elected four new members to its expanded board of directors, following a recapitalization in 2012 and consolidation of ownership.
The recapitalization of the company was facilitated by SunTrust Bank and CM Equity Partners, Citizant said Wednesday.
“Collectively, they have all the wisdom and experience required to help us focus on the right investments and remove all obstacles to growth, as we strive to create value for our employees, customers, and shareholders, ” said Citizant CEO Alba Aleman.
New board members include:
- James Ballard, president of Global Services & Solutions
- Ann John – president of RAI
- Daniel Mendez – general manager of the intellectual property division at Unwired Planet
- Peter Schulte – managing partner at CM Equity Partners
