general dynamics logoA General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) subsidiary will deliver civilian and military armored vehicles and provide maintenance and training services to Saudi Arabia under a potential $13 billion contract, Defense News reported Friday.

Ontario-based General Dynamics Land Systems Canada will design and develop the vehicles for a planned initial delivery in 2016.

Ken Yamashita, a GDLS spokesman, said training included in the agreement could be held in Canada and Saudi Arabia, according to the report.
