Emanuele A. Conti, Dun & Bradstreet North America president, will become the chief executive at Kroll Inc., effective April 1.
Conti will be responsible for all operations at Kroll, a global provider of cybersecurity solutions, data, information and ediscovery services, the company announced Monday.
Conti has more than two decades of leadership experience for companies that include Dun & Bradstreet, Qwest Communications, Viant and Ernst & Young LLP.

He has a deep understanding of the international consulting and data-intensive markets that Kroll operates in and a solid track record for improving operations and delivering strong financial results, ” said Charlie Gottdiener, Kroll chairman and the head of portfolio operations at Providence Equity Partners, the majority owner of Kroll.
